We are seeking volunteers for a confidential focus group in the
development of an online service to help people live healthy lives. We
are looking for people with or at risk for diabetes, heart disease, or
lung disease.
You must be 18-65, have access to a PC and the internet, and willing
to make change in your health.
You will be compensated for your efforts with up to $50.
