HL-289 Calling all Diabetics in the USA =96 get $15 for survey
participation
Dear Friends
The Patients Voice would like to take this op****tunity to invite you
to participate in a new research project. By participating you may be
able to improve the lives of people who suffer from diabetes as well
as being rewarded.
We are looking for people in America who suffer from diabetes and test
their blood glucose at least once a week.
The survey is online so you can complete it in the comfort of your own
home. It will last for 20 minutes and you will receive $15 as a
reward for your time.
If you wish to participate there are two ways. Firstly you could send

and I or a
colleague will send you a link to the survey.
