Good luck with it all Henry.   You have made choices and I hope they work 
out for you and if they don't do so well,,,, I am sure you will make 
adjustments to deal with what takes place.   Your RD reads to be a good
one 
and please update as things take place.   It might help someone who has to

make the same choices.
