Had arthro on torn cartilidge in right knee in 2002.
PT afterwards was to regain range of motion,
knee was stiff after surgery.
I was able to run again until hips gave out,
able to walk for miles, etc.
That specific pain never returned.
After years and thousands of $$$ for
glucosamine and other supplements I broke down anyway.
I no longer believe in that stuff.
