Your Doc will probably want you to use a stationary bike vs. treadmill
since
it puts less stress on the knee. I can walk with no pain. Like I said,
it
really only hurts when I forget about it and do something stupid.
Yesterday I cut a hedge that took 3 hours where I had to go up and down a
ladder in addition to carrying it around. It didn't hurt afterward
although
it let me know it was there a couple of times. Knee bothered me a little
but no big deal.
