I just have to remember when I'm using Verizon (since misc* is ok) that I 
don't accidentally cross post to alt* when responding to another's post.
I'm 
subscribed to this ng through Verizon and Motzarella. I may sub to it and 
arthritis with aoie, too.

I'm using Windows Live Mail (formerly OE) and I can see the newsgroup(s)
and 
delete the one(s) I don't want to post to but I might go back to using 
MesNews or another news reader. MesNews warns you when you're about to
post 
to more than one ng. And that's whether or not I use Verizon for posting.
