Wanted to buy
Omron HEM-808F fingertip blood pressure monitor (used U.S.A. model or
new from
Japan or Korea
This is item is for a wilderness first aid kit - the type I carry on
kayak trips.
I can only find Japanese and Korean web sites that carry this model.
While this use to be sold in the United States and Great Britain, it
is no longer sold on English web sites. I cannot read Japanese nor
Korean.

when searching on
OMRON HEM-808F
If you know Japanese or Korean, or have colleagues in Japan or Korea,
I will pay for assistance. I have tried Alta Vista BabelFish and
Nifty's global gate without success. When ****fting to secure web
sites, https:, the translation stops and my confusion dramatically
increases.
Why do I want this Omron HEM-808F blood pressure monitor?
It is the only unit that will fit in my first aid kit; the wrist band
units are too large. The HEM-808F is reasonably accurate on the left
index finger, less accurate on the right index finger, and does not
work at all on the toes. I have already found a small drybox that will
fit the HEM-808F unit.
Please note the Omron model HEM-815 is too large for my use.
