It's really very simple, and others probably have not replied because
they can't believe that your questions are genuine.  Here is the
answer: "HIV" does whatever the "experts" say it does at any given
time.  Of course, these "experts" disagree with each on crucial
issues, and of course there are scientifically impossible claims being
made by them, but don't look behind the curtain and disturb the Great
Oz !  You are just a lowly human being, with normal intelligence and
reasoning skills.  They, on the other hand, have the superhuman
ability to defy logic whenever they wish.  Asking such superhuman
specimens to actually explain their claims in detail is beneath their
dignity - don't you realize that?
