This is getting a bit repetitive. Here we have the sad story of
ANOTHER HIVer sent to jail for NOT passing on HIV. His crime was that
he performed oral *** on someone without telling them about his 'HIV'
antibody status.

A FORMER chef, HIV-positive since 1999, kept mum about carrying the
Aids virus when he gave oral *** to a teenager last September.
Chan Mun Chiong, 43, also asked the 16-year-old for anal *** but was
rebuffed.
Undeterred, he trailed the boy, who approached a security officer for
help.
Luckily, the teenager has escaped being infected.
Yesterday, Chan became the first HIV-infected person to be punished
for engaging in ***ual activity without first telling his partner of
the risk of catching the infection or getting his voluntary consent to
be exposed to the risk.
He had pleaded guilty.
Principal District Judge Bala Reddy handed him a year-long jail term,
saying that his trailing the teenager compounded the crime.
