I highly recommend Cytek Development.  They take care of my FACScan
and Calibur.  They have also upgraded both to 5 colors and use a
better red laser.  There are other options as well e.g. vioet laser.
You also can use a PC instead of a MAC if you opt for the soon
(hopefully) to be released FlowJo Collectors Edition.
