I was wondering if anyone knows of an alternative field service
company for the FACSCalibur that I can compare with pricing against
the BD Field Service? I am faced with repairs and am trying to
stretch grant monies as far as they will go.
My system is no-longer recognizing the APC beads in a 4-color FACSComp
although I can see them in a Fl4 vs Fl4 aquisition chart. As well,
the FL3 is failing sensitivity. Perhaps someone knows what is causing
this problem?
Thanks,
