Have I mentioned this news article already? I'm getting a feeling of
déjà vu, but I can't find any reference to it in my database; and
there seems to be so many similar cases at the moment.
Anyway, it looks like another HIVer will soon be waking up in prison
for *not* passing on HIV to anyone.

assault Thursday.
Nova Scotia Supreme Court Justice Arthur Pickup said it was a matter
of who to believe, according to a re****t in the Chronicle Herald.
Holland claimed he told the woman about his health when they started
dating in 2005. However, the woman said she only found out a year
later.
The woman, who cannot be named because of a publication ban, has
tested negative for HIV, the Herald re****ted.
Holland is expected back in court in August for sentencing.
