Researchers Call for genital mutilation to Fight HIVAIDS

by Martin <martin@[EMAIL PROTECTED] > May 15, 2008 at 06:48 PM

HIVAIDS researchers urge Ugandan men to have their *****es mutilated
and stop all that promiscuous nigger ***.

Policy analysts at two leading American Universities are urging that
male cir***cision and partner reduction should become the focus of
prevention efforts in countries such as Uganda with generalised HIV
epidemics.

Writing in the journal Science, the researchers argue that although
condom use, testing, and treatment of ***ually transmitted infections
are of value, resource constraints mean that attention should be
****fted to the promotion of initiatives which they say have been
scientifically proven to work.

According to the researchers, from the University of California and
Harvard University, some of the assumptions underlying such strategies
- such as poverty or war being major causes of Aids in Africa- are
unsup****ted by rigorous scientific evidence.

They argue that male cir***cision and reducing multiple ***ual
partner****ps, two interventions currently getting less attention and
resources, would have a greater impact on the Aids pandemic.

Of course, being the wacky world of HIV, this advice does fly in the
face of evidence produced elsewhere: see
