Bought one for an occational visitor from abroad, he having childhood
polio deformity requiring wheelchair out on the street to take him
around.
On very first use nut from a bolt fell off. Noticed only when bolt
fell.
Dealer sent replacement nut-bolt.
Visitor arrived second time and again the same thing happened.
Wrote to the dealer, but dealer has not replied.
Would appreciate very much to receive suggestion as to where to make a
complaint.
I have spent close to $120 on the wheelchair.
