My partner and I along with our good friend Dr. Paul Gannon (who
happens to be a stellar chef) lead fun and affordable Yoga and
Adventure retreats around the the world in picturesque locations. Our
next retreat is Sept 22 -28th in Santorini, Greece.
Caitlin and I are both direct students of Master Yogi Ana Forrest who
regularly appears featured in Yoga Journal and is considered on of the
most respected Yogi of our time. Her teacher training which both
Caitlin and I did is considered to be the most in depth and demanding
Yoga Teachers Training offered.
Dr. Paul, along with being a totally amazing chef, and fun and
exciting addition to our group is also a gifted Naturopath and has his
office in Aspen, Colorado as well as an office at The Standard in
Miami. He is a graduate of the acclaimed Bastyr University.
