Can anyone help me find out what condition this is? I'm curious to
find out what it is that it is, or what to do in order to correct it.
Basically the skin is not itchy, but flaky.. and very easy to peel.

A doctor prescribed a cream, which I do not have the information on,
however I will post the cream type if I get any responses to this
post.
