That seems very suspicious. I suggest that you see 
a medic immediately.

I had an area about 1/4" diameter on my upper arm 
and it seemed more sunken than the rest of the arm 
around it and the color was redder.  I watched it 
for a couple of months and the skin on it began to 
get transparent and then spider veins appeared in it.

That's when I went to a dermatologist. A biopsy 
was taken and indeed what I had was a 
pre-cancerous lesion. The flesh around and below 
the spot was cut away and the area was very 
sensitive for a long time. That was about 4 years 
ago now and the spot is still sensitive. In cold 
weather it becomes painful. I am told that the 
local nerves were damaged by the cutting.

I suggest that you NOT DELAY.
