Could anyone with clinical experience please check

to see if this is possible or likely melanoma?
The red area has a border. It bleeds when disturbed. It can be scraped out
completely leaving a pit that again fills in with the red growth. It
otherwise remains the same size.
Any help appreciated. Thanks
