Crush 6-7 black peppers and mix it with honey and lick that mixture.
Try this before going to bed. Don=92t take water with it.
Bake a piece of mineral salt on fire. Dip it in half glass of water
and take the piece out. Drink the water.
Heat the mixture of 10 grams of ginger juice with the same amount of
honey. Take twice daily. This is very good for asthma and cough.
Avoid eating sour eateries, curd, lassi etc.
