Hello all,
I just really needed to share this with others who have had to deal
with adult acne. I have tried dozens of products over the years,
laser therapy, pills, diet changes, etc, and had next to no
results...except for those few wonderful products that actually made
the problem worse or made my skin peel off so much I looked like a
horror movie. I recently took a trip to Ulta to try out Dermalogica
and was disappointed when the sales associate said that it can be
somewhat harsh on sensitive skin (which I also deal with). So feeling
dejected, and wondering what I could actually try, she recommended
Kinerase products. I saw the price tag and almost fell over. Yes, it
is pricey!! My husband and I talked it over and he said look, you
have spend hundreds if not thousands of dollars in your life on crap
that doesn't work, what's a couple hundred if it does??? He rules.
So I bit the bullet and bought two items - the Kinerase Facial Peel,
and the Acne Serum. I began that night with the facial peel (which
you actually leave on all night, VERY mild formula) and within 48
hours my skin looked AMAZING. You use the peel for five days once a
month. People were actually noticing how much brighter, smoother and
younger my skin was looking. I was floored. After I finished the
treatments, I began using the Acne Serum and noticed an even greater
improvement. My blemishes were healing, the scars were dimini****ng
and my ****es looked amazing.
I have been using the serum just about two weeks now, and although I
have one or two blemishes, they are not the same as they used to be,
and they are disappearing within a day or two. I think it will take a
couple more skin cycles for the products to show what they can really
do. All I know is that it is the BEST money I have ever spent. No
dry spots, no redness, no itchy skin, nothing. Ok, the serum itself
stinks to high heaven, but I don't care. I'll deal with the offense
to my nose for the 10 minutes it takes to dissipate. :-) I got a
handful of samples of the light facial cream as well, and when that
runs out, I will be buying the bottle. I am thoroughly impressed with
it.
Anyway, just wanted to share my experience since I finally have a good
one to share!! I know what it's like not being able to put your best
face forward, and I hope that if others try these products they can
have the same great results.
