Clear your head for just a minute and let this one
message through:
You are a clinical paranoid who needs psychiatric care.
This is a simple message from someone who doesn't know
you, hasn't met you, has no interest in you, and wants
nothing to do with you.
You are a clinical paranoid who needs psychiatric care.
What you need to do is find someone, at random if you
like, who has medical knowledge. Then ask them to help
you find the care you need.
Do not let your own brain fool you into thinking anything
bad about them at all. They are random. They are not
part of any system you think is out to get you. Trust
them enough to get you to an equally unbiased care provider.
That and only that will stop the feelings you have, the
thoughts that someone is out to get you.
You need help. You will not get help by waiting for others
to give it to you. You have to go and get it yourself.
You will not find it on the Internet. See real people who
will help you in person.
They can help you, but only if you approach them in the
first place.
