H Ladies!
I got up at 5 am to go to the loo, and I did my test...
Well the 15 seconds it took for the line to start forming felt like
forever... but by two minutes the | line was as dark as the -- line. :
0) So I breathed a sigh of relief. But couldnt get back to sleep.
So I went and waited for DD to wake up. And I caught her as she
started to wake up, and she was DRY! Yay! So a double whammy for me.
Strange thing though, the Dr said I was due the 23rd of Dec, but all
the online calculators say I'm due the 24th. Never mind, at least I'm
due! I booked in for my 8 week scan to see the heartbeat, and this
afternoon I booked into my Obstetrician!!!! And he's delivering over
Christmas!!! YAY! That's such a relief, because I was worried he'd
take a holiday then. After all, he has kids himself, and it is
Christmas.
One not so good point - I lost DD's new swimming towel after swimming
today. It must have fallen off of the back of the pram. I have no idea
when. I just know that it wasn't on there after we got out of one of
the shops. Tomorrow I will call all the places I went to see if
someone handed one in. If they haven't, then I'll have to go out and
buy one. I think it's from Myers, but I'm not sure. I cant even
remember the brand. I'm seriously VERY upset about it. Such a
beautiful towel, it had a little hood built in, and she looked so cute
in it - just like an ewok! It was likely very expensive (it was a
gift), and it was the first time we've used it. I should have packed
it away with everything else but I wanted to dry it on top of the pram
like I normally do with my towel. In future to hell with the chlorine,
it all goes back into the swim bag.
I just don't know how I couldn't have noticed it falling off the pram.
But I don't see why anyone would want to steal a towel. Strange.
