Hi Jade!
thanks for all the tips and advice -- don't know what i'd do without
you..you're terrific! :)
you know, i have heard of lots of times when FET worked better than
fresh b/c your body is less stressed from all the stims etc. I
sincerely hope that it's the case for you, first try!!!
the 19 was baseline right before stims -- so hoping ;)
i thought this would be corny but my DH used to do yoga and said it
was good for stress relief..so i got the fertility yoga with monica
morell (sp?) online -- just did the first session...and boy do i feel
mellow and good :)
DH says the full benefits happen the next day -- will keep you
posted ;)
have you ever tried this?
i'm also doing body-scan meditation/relaxation at night when i can't
sleep (like when DH was away -- i tend to fall asleep at 4am)...and
you know, i never have gotten to the end of the cassette b/c i keep
falling asleep.
just trying to find new tools to manage stress b/c i don't think doing
century rides (100 miles on bicycle) is going to be good in this case
LOL
i know how you feel about how long things take -- but hey, due
process ;)
hugz,
yael :)
