Hi Amy,
Try not to freak out. This could be a very good sign, as many women
experience spotting when the embryos implant in the womb lining. Last
time I went through the 2 week wait I was really hoping for spotting a
few days before the test was due! This is the worst part of the 2 week
wait, you really can't know for sure until you have the blood test,
but I would definately be feeling hopeful. A little piece of advice
though, don't be tempted to take a home pregnancy test, the readings
won't be accurate due to the HCG jab you had, they can falsely show
positive. A lady on the group last year took one the day before her
test was due, it showed positive, she couldn't help but share the news
and celebrate only to find the next day that infact she wasn't
pregnant.
