First, due to large demand ;-) the belly pic from last week:

Gotta tell you, I don't *feel* as big as I look, LOL! :-)
Went to the peri earlier for a regular (and probably my last)
appointment, and the results were GREAT!! :-)
Samuel is finally head down (face up, but hopefully he'll still turn
down) and was literally bumping heads with Sarah. She's still in the
same position she's been the past 6 weeks or so, her head pretty much
on my cervix...although the tech did mention there was a slight chance
Sam could bump her out of the way and be delivered first. :-) The
fibroid is no longer right below her. Since both babies have dropped a
bit the fibroid is now moved over to my far left side (not far from my
hip) and the peri doesn't think it will cause any problems at all
during delivery, thank God! :-)
Oh, and I had a 30 minute NST before the u/s, and it was showing that
I was having GREAT regular contractions--news to me!! Either I've
developed a really REALLY high tolerance to cramping or pain (not
feeling either) or the BH's are getting more regular, which is a good
sign...peri guessed that I'll deliver within a week or so, but of
course that isn't written in stone, so we'll see. Cervix still pretty
high though.
All the regular measurements were great for both babies...the peri
averaged them and Sarah is about 6 1/4 lbs now, and Samuel is about 6
1/2!! Guess that explains why I look so big, huh? ;-)
Despite the NST, not really feeling any big changes or symptoms. Still
tired and dozing off a lot. Every once in awhile I find a good
position to sleep in (like last night) and I manage to get several
hours of sleep at once, which is good. Also this morning we had a
storm system come through the area and it was really dark and I
managed to sleep in until 9:45 am (someone called and woke me up)
which is the latest I've slept in MONTHS. :-)
DH needs to use the computer now, so if y'all would keep all of us in
your thoughts and prayers, that would be wonderful. I've got a regular
OB appt tomorrow for a cervix/dilation check and the group B strep
test, I'll update asap in the morning.
