Saturday scare...ongoing? [warning, may be graphic]

Hi Everyone,
I was wondering if anyone has had bleeding at 11 weeks? I'll be 11
weeks down tomorrow, and when i woke up this am to go to the bathroom,
my urine was reddish color. For a sec i stood there and thought, 'my
period must be starting'...then i realized i'm not supposed to have
one (half-asleep). When i wiped, it was reddish stuff.
Since then, there's been brown stuff when I wipe after going to the
bathroom. This isn't spotting, it's bleeding.
My doc said to stay off my feet for the weekend and if it got bad or
was accompanied by cramps, to go to the ER. So far it's painless.
Could it be that i'm miscarrying again? We saw the baby on US this
past week at 10w3d and it seemed fine -- doing cartwheels and all.
What do you think?
Thanks, and I apologize for the gross descriptions but trying to
describe what's happening.
