.......and keeping me on my toes! :-)
I can't believe so much time has passed. Sarah and Sam are growing so
fast, even though they are a little bit smaller than singletons at this
point. I suspect they are going to catch up very quickly, especially
Sammy! :-)
Sammy has been smiling and making lots of eye contact lately. I was
worried for awhile there because he wouldn't look straight ahead when
you spoke to him. Now he responds with a huge gummy
grin and you looks you right in the eye. :-)
Sarah is turning out to be a little boogerhead. ;-) She's always got a
devilish look in her eye, and she's learned a new game...blanket
kicking. It started out innocently enough, at bedtime we'd cover her
with a blanket, then we'd check on her periodically, only to find the
blanket at the foot of the pack and play. I'd cover her back up, then a
little while later it would be at the foot of the pack and play
again--this happened for a couple of days, and then one day I caught her
cutting her eyes at me and smiling after I covered up her legs. Two
seconds later the blanket was at the foot of the pack and play! :-) Now
it's a game, I'll tell her, "I'm gonna cover up your footies!!" and
she'll cut those mischievous eyes and smile and kick it right off.
Yesterday Sam started kicking off his blanket as well, I wonder if they
are sharing secrets??
