Also, the other really good tip is that the reservation specialists that
you
talk to on the phone cannot tell you out of the blue what the specials
are,
but if you ask them, they'll tell you. Does that make sense? It's like
when you order popcorn at the movies and they always ask, "Do you want to
get a jumbo size popcorn for an extra 25 cents?" Well, they aren't
allowed
to do that at Disney, but if you say, "What specials are you running?"
then
they'll tell you what your options are. It's strange, I know, but there
you
have it!

April,
I have always stayed at "value resorts" and they have always been fine
for us. Pop Century is the newest of the Value Resorts and I have
heard good things. We love All Star Movies and stayed in the Buzz
Lightyear building. The kids loved it! And, for us anyway, all we did
was sleep there! I don't see spending the big bucks for the hotel. I
think everything at Disney is great.
If you have any questions planning, I am a plethora of Disney
knowledge! LOL
The last few years they have run a special for a free meal plan in the
months of Aug. and Sept. You usually have to book by June 30. FInd out
about that. If they are having it this year.
And, God Bless Ya....Florida in August???? Yikes! Oh, I forgot you are
a teacher. I was gonna say if they had the same prices in September it
is worth taking the kids out of school.
