Bess having health problems

My Bess is having some health problems lately, and it has me a bit worried.

It started over a month ago.  She had a fever and complained of nausea and

constipation.  It started 4 days after her kindergarten vaccinations.

The fever went away after only a few days.  The nausea lasted several
weeks, 
but she doesn't complain of it anymore, but the constipation has persisted

and she has not had a bowel movement unless given a laxative in a month. 
I've given her all kinds of things to help constipation like prunes, sugar

free candy (it has a laxative effect, lots of other fiber rich foods and 
even the fiber you put into drinks, yet still she will not have a bowel 
movement without a dose of laxative.  She complains that her stomach is 
uncomfortable even after she does have bowel movements.  We even at the 
doctors request gave her laxative for 4 days straight in order to clean
her 
out.  At the end of that, she still said her stomach felt bad.

Besides that she got painful (not itchy) hives 11 days ago, which she
still 
has.  She's been to the doctor several times, with them being no real help

except to tell us how much milk of magnesia she should get.

She is taking benadryl around the clock which does keep the hives at bay 
usually, but they come back when it wears off.  I have changed laundry
soap 
and trying to not feed her seasonal foods as doctors said to, but nothing 
seems to be helping.

We are to go back to the doctors in a week if the constipation has not 
gotten better.  She has also had blood in her stool that the doctors know 
about.

Anyway, I thought I'd post here in case anyone has any ideas.
