Hi Amy!
I think most of us old regulars have just pooped out one way or
another, but I check this board every now and then. I know C is
adopting baby #2 and we are thinking about it, but not committed.
What sort of adoption are you considering? I have lots of info on
domestic minority infant adoption; if you are interested, send me an
email to monkeysnaps (at) gmail (dot) com. I never found another
board where I felt as comfy as I did here, but that was mainly because
a bunch of us migrated from AIPrimary at the same time and adopted at
the same time. I know the INCIID boards have adoption forums, and
there are many on Yahoo but the ones I found there were pretty much
dominated by people adopting from China. Good luck and let me know if
I can help in any way - my experience is with minority infant adoption
in the US (a transracial adoption for me) but I have weeded out some
bad agencies in the process, as well.
