Hi everyone,
Sorry I've been away so long. The baby girl I mentioned earlier was
finally released from the hospital in late January. Unfortunately,
her little heart gave up and she passed away a couple weeks later.
I'm surviving.
Our 16 mo old foster son finally has a TPR(termination of parental
rights) date in early May. If things work out, I should finally be a
mommy by the end of the year.
Also, last week, when going to court for foster son, we went home with
a 5 mo old baby girl. She is just foster for now, but facts of the
case lead me to believe we may have a slight chance of keeping her.
Her mom is also pg, so if foster daughter does not go home by time she
gives birth, we may get both babies. Right now, I am constantly
reminding myself that she will probably go home and try not to get my
hopes up(yeah right).
Anyway, there's my update if anyone is still here.
