Jumping in here, they can also try to increase his sperm count with
vitamins, such as Fertility Blend, that one woman at
alt.infertility.primary has had GREAT success with with her husband.
Don't need that brand; there are others (Proxeed?), or you could just
have him take a multivitamin, zinc, Vit C, Vit E, and an antidoxiant.
This takes about 4 months to show any appreciable effect on the sperm
though, and may or may not be enough depending on how low his sperm
levels truly are.  But, I'm sure that the Church wouldn't frown on
vitamin supplementation.
