This is her major issue. If her husband cannot talk about his
infertility, how is she ever going to get him to go to a doctor for
treatment? My first suggestion would be counseling for both of them -
either with a Priest or a professional.
There are things a man can do to increase his sperm count, but it
depends on the diagnosis. If he won't even discuss it, though, he may
be in denial, and that's a really tough situation for her to be in.
