I think that would make for a complicated discussion.
After all, most of us do try to have bio children before taking the 
step towards adoption.
So adoption isn't the first choice in most cases (first as in the 
timeline, not as in preference, IYKWIM).
IMO that doesn't mean the adopted child would be less wanted or loved.
