I love Viktor! He is adorable!
I am not usually on this group and have just decloaked to tell you this.
Lurking is what I've been doing a lot of recently since we are looking at 
possibly adding to our family with adoption.
What country did Viktor come from?
Just curious, and also how painful/painless was the homestudy?
