Good news. Sometimes situations like this come into our lives, and
although
it didn't work out in the obvious way, it was clearly meant to come at
this
time to help you and dh really think about adoption in a serious and real
way. It doesn't get much realer than "So, do you want to adopt this
baby?"
The fact that the answer was yes, is wonderful. Obviously this baby
wasn't
meant to be, but know you both know how you feel, and that's a huge step!
I say skip the foster care certification, and go straight to an adoption
home study!
Either which way, congrats and good luck with whatever you do!
