Re: Need Advice Please (baby ment)

Ok,  Here's a little more information.  We are not certified yet, but a
friend is and we're trying to get some kind of tem****ary placement
until we are certified.  The chances are extremely slim that the baby
will be returned to it's mother because she's on drugs and already
abandoned 2 other kids to the state.  While their goal is to keep them
with the parents, they do not think it is likely this kid will EVER get
to go back to his mom.  If it wasn't for that, we wouldn't even be able
to consider it, but I feel cautiously optimistic.

I guess it all depends on whether or not we can get approved to have
the baby placed in our home.  If so, we will immediately get certified
for foster and adoption.   We can't do anything until we here from the
social worker though.

Thanks for the advice.  I am definately taking it into consideration.
