Can't the social worker contact the DSS people at the other hospital and 
prepare them for the possibility that she might deliver there?  Give them 
the heads up on the history, options and plans?  It doesn't seem 
unreasonable.

I hope that this all works out.  I love the idea of the blanket.  Hugs.
