Maybe it was a thing with the agency or something, or maybe something they

do when there are more families than children available, although I would 
think there are normally more children than families.
Shoot, all this adoption talk is making me think about it again!  I'm 
insane, aren't I? Maybe in a few years :)

There was also a really interesting story on NPR about the 50th
anniversary 
of International Adoption, starting with the Holts and Korea.  Anyone
