Just keep in mind that just because a condition is a "disability" under
ADA (and Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973 which was also
amended by the same bill), that doesn't mean the same condition is a
"disability" under another law--for example, the Social Security
disability benefits law in the US--or under a private insurance
agreement. Each law or private policy has its own definition of
"disability".
