The cough of 10 days stopped on the first day.
Now, I can ram my fist into my rib-cage (below the shoulders) both
left and right fist on left and right shoulders without significant
pain.
Done it 20 times already to show others.
THIS IS URINE THERAPY.
The urine is old. The top is slightly loose so the ammonia leaks
out. I ask people to smell my arm and they say no smell. If I stand
next to somebody, no smell.
I wash of the urine with cold water ---------------- i bathe in cold
water, dry with ordinary towel (not turkish towel), keep old urine on
for 15 minutes, then wash of in cold water.
