My feeling of breathlessness was for one day when I had massaged with
old urine for 3-4 days when I had a cough for 10 - 15 days and it
stopped the cough promptly ---- otherwise I scared of taking
allopathic medications for the cough.
Now, I finally realize that Urine Therapy is a commitment ---- the
medicines MusT be gradually reduced ----- so I have decided to reduce
1/8th tablet of Tegretol every say 4-5 days.
Yesterday, I must have slept for only 2-3 hours or was it four.
I wonder how many hours I will manage to sleep today.
