Thank you for answering, Mark and The Biologist
Fruit juices in the middle of fast are not an option, because I
usually do it from weekend to weekend and I spend working days at work
as usual. Lemonade is easier of course, but when medications are
dropped, blood pressure climbs up anyway, whatever one eats/drinks or
not.
To talk to your doctor is not an option too. British doctors are under
severe pressure of instructions. I have tried to discuss with my
doctor vitamines I take. He just said: I don't do this staff. The only
advice he can give is to give up fasting, but then I shall not be able
to live. Official medicine cannot even to diagnose my health
condition , leave alone to cure. And I have grown accustomed to these
rejuvenation sessions twice a year.
Optimum would have been to get out of medications at all, but after a
fast, although I feel lovely as it shoulf be, my blood pressure
continues to climb up and I have to start taking them again.
Probably I'll have to go once into one of those fasting sanatoriums.
There are many of them now. They are very expensive: about 1000 pound/
week. Seems silly to spend such money for something one can do on
one's own.
Best regards.
