Eating a carrot is forbidden, but juicing the
same carrot and drinking that is okay?

Ask your doctor. If you have a prescription medicine,
he needs to know about anything weird you are doing.
High blood pressure is a serious condition. If you
have only been able to control it with medication,
don't stop taking it without your doctor's advice.
