If you really water fasted for 10 days you had better break it with a
few days of fresh fruit because raw, uncooked foods has food enzymes
which makes it easier for the body to digest, and thus, much eaiser to
bresak a fast. Break a 10 day fast with fried chicken and you'll get
real sick and even have lasting health problems.
