Me too...
I don't think that one meal a day will cut it. I've been eating one
meal a day for years and it hasn't helped one bit.
Try splitting the same meal up into 6 ****tions and eat it throughout
the day. Or, try eating your one meal earlier in the day, say 11am or
so, that way you have the rest of the day to work it off.
Lose the Red Bull.
Drink water instead, lots and lots of water. Make a goal of, at least,
one full gallon of water a day. I drink distilled water myself, it
just tastes better than any other water (even reverse-osmosis).
