I have been eating one meal a day for the past few days and I think it
might be the route to go for me. I don't eat anything until 6:00 P.M.
In the morning I have a small glass of orange juice and later have a
diet Red Bull. I don't eat anything after 8:00 P.M. I have to admit
that around 4:00 P. M. I do start to get hungry but so far I have been
able to hold off. If I get very hungry at night; I have a small glass
of orange juice. My goal is to lose 50 pounds. I am currently 225 and
would like to get down to 175
