I found that when water fasting and sometimes on master cleanse I just
don't need very much sleep. When I do sleep I sleep sound and awake very
rested. Course there may be two or three or four days at the beginning
of the juice fast or water fast when the withdrawal from cafeene and
other things makes me sleep a lot, but after I just don't need much
sleep. And you won't have much hunger or stomach growling if you proceed
the water fast with several days of fresh made juice or fresh made
smoothie fasting, then one day of the lemonade diet. Has to be freshly
made so it has those food enzymes.
