My first 3 day water fast I was a couch potato, could barely walk around
the house without getting fatigued (which is bad cause it indicates good
tissue loss). But several fasts later I did a 12 day water fast, had
plenty of energy and felt great even on the 12th day. I think the body
has to learn how just like it has to learn to walk.

An occasinoal moment of weakness is typical of water fasting. You're
supposed to just sit down and relax until it p*****.

Yet another version of the lemonade diet. A lot easier than water
fasting, but not as effective.
