Hello the_blogologist

I read the books mentioned in that article's reference, and recently
the Miracle of Fasting, in addition to misc. articles collected from
here and there.

If this group gets little activity, what group is more active in the
fasting topic?

As for the article, it is outdated and now after experience, I can
rewrite it and change many things, btw, thanks for pointing out the
typo.
